External spherical ball bearings is a variant of deep groove ball bearing, characterized by its outer ring outer diameter surface for spherical, can be matched into the corresponding concave spherical bearing seat to play a role in adjusting the heart. Mainly used to bear radial load mainly radial and axial joint load, generally should not bear axial load alone, such bearings can be installed separately inner ring (with a full group of rollers and keeper) and outer ring.
Stainless steel bearing collar and rolling body material use with AISI SUS440 stainless steel (domestic number: 9Cr18Mo, 9Cr18) by vacuum quenching and tempering treatment, keep frame and seal ring skeleton material using AISI304 stainless steel (domestic number: 1Cr18). Stainless steel bearings have stronger anti-rust and anti-corrosion compared with ordinary bearing steel, and can be used under -60℃~+300℃ by choosing suitable lubricant and dustproof cover, etc.
Feijie offers more than 220 different types of spherical bearings (in bearing steel and stainless steel).
External spherical ball bearings with top wire: UC200 series (light series), UC300 series (heavy series), and deformation products UB(SB)200 series
Outer spherical ball bearings with taper: UK200 series, UK300 series
External spherical ball bearings with offset sleeve: UEL200 series, UEL300 series, SA200 series
Corrosion resistant

1Before mounting the bearing on the shaft, the fixing pin of the bearing housing must be removed and the surface of the journal polished smooth and oiled to prevent rust and lubricate the journal (allowing a slight rotation of the bearing on the shaft).
2Apply lubricant to the mating surface of the bearing housing and the bearing, and fit the bearing into the bearing housing. Then put the assembled bearing and housing together on the shaft. Push to the required position for installation.
3Do not tighten the bolts that hold the bearing housing in place yet, to allow the bearing jacket to turn inside the housing. Similarly fit the other end of the bearing and seat on the same shaft, turn the shaft a few turns and let the bearing itself automatically find the right position. Then tighten the bearing housing bolts well.
4Install the eccentric sleeve. First, put the eccentric sleeve on the eccentric step of the inner sleeve of the bearing, and tighten it by hand in the direction of rotation of the shaft. Then insert the small iron rod into or against the countersink hole in the eccentric sleeve. Use a hand hammer to strike the small iron rod in the direction of rotation of the shaft. Make the eccentric sleeve firmly installed, and finally lock the hexagonal screw on the eccentric sleeve.
